A Level 3 inspection is the most detailed and invasive type of inspection. It is conducted when serious hazards or problems are suspected, and Level 1 or Level 2 inspections cannot provide sufficient information.
Level 3 inspections may involve the removal of components or portions of the building or chimney system to gain access for evaluation.
This level of inspection is usually performed when there is a strong possibility of hidden hazards or damage.
